Two Homes One Heart

At Two Homes One Heart, our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality resources and advisory support to parents navigating complex co-parenting and custody situations. We are committed to transparency, fairness, and integrity in all transactions.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


📘 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital books

  • Toolkits

  • Workbooks

  • Templates

  • Planning guides

  • Printable resources

  • Bundles

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will promptly assist you.


🤝 1:1 Advisory Sessions

Refunds for advisory sessions are handled as follows:

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

No-Shows

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling

  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.


🔁 Monthly Support Pass

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.


⚖️ Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to use purchased resources

  • Misunderstanding of product scope

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not outlined in product descriptions

We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.


💬 Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly.

In rare and exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
